A Los Angeles native, David Rosen was born and raised on “the other side of town”. Before joining RFC, David worked as a funeral director at a mortuary, where he helped dozens of people cope through one of the most difficult times of their lives. He attributes that experience to his current ability to be patient and understanding of his clients’ needs, not to mention his morbid sense of humor.
Since 2009, David has headed up the finance division at The RFC Group, overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of commercial and residential loans. David’s expertise lies in his astute ability to decipher complex financials and his familiarity with dozens of different lender programs help him to guide each client. He routinely crafts creative loan structures in order to get his borrowers the best deal possible. David currently resides in the valley with his four children, and in his spare time enjoys yoga, meditation, and going on date nights with his wife.
